What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Adventure Camp Coordinator position at Holland, City of (MI)?
•Supervise and lead all camp staff.
•Construct a plan of all activities for the Summer.
•Help in the implementation of a weekly schedule for the group.
•Organize and lead group activities.
•Ensure that the locations traveled to are left litter-free.
•Regularly reviews and inspects facilities and equipment for any potential hazards and reports and submits repair/replacement requests to the City of Holland Parks & Recreation.
•Responsible for following safety rules, policies, regulations and procedures.
•Completes accident reports and files them with the Parks & Recreation Department.
•Provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at all times.
•Maintain a positive working relationship with other employees and the general public.
•Maintain a professional image, in person, through email, and by telephone.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Ability to pass a background check & fingerprint screening.
•Physical ability to occasionally lift/push/pull/transport equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
•Must be 21 years of age.
