To be considered, candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on building maintenance experience performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs independently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
- Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high resident satisfaction.
- Assist with apartment turnover, including repairs, inspections, and preparation for new residents.
- Maintain building systems, equipment, and tools while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Support preventative maintenance programs and assist with special projects and facility improvements as needed.

About You
- Experience in building maintenance, repairs, or a related trade preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and general repair practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with residents, staff, and vendors.
