About Our Family
We are a busy, active family seeking a dependable, energetic, and highly organized Family Assistant to help keep our household running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and takes pride in helping a family stay organized and efficient.

Responsibilities
Household Support
- Light housekeeping and household organization
- Laundry, folding, and putting away clothing
- Keeping common areas neat and orderly
- Managing household supplies and inventory
- Running errands and shopping as needed
Family Support
- Driving children to and from school, activities, appointments, and events
- Assisting with family schedules and logistics
- Helping coordinate appointments and household tasks
- Providing occasional childcare support when needed
Meal Preparation
- Grocery shopping and meal planning assistance
- Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks
- Kitchen organization and cleanup
Travel Assistance
- Helping prepare for family trips, including packing, organization, and logistics
- Accompanying the family on occasional domestic and international trips as needed
- Assisting with transportation, activities, meals, and day-to-day logistics while traveling
- Helping ensure family travel is organized, smooth, and enjoyable
- Flexibility to travel periodically throughout the year
Property & Outdoor Assistance
- Light outdoor work and property upkeep
- Assisting with seasonal projects
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers when needed
- Helping with miscellaneous projects and tasks as they arise
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent judgment and discretion
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Comfortable driving children
- Ability to lift and carry household items as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
