Your Impact:

• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize excess or expired products.
• Identify top-performing and emerging cannabis products, stay informed on market trends, and provide insights to grow market share.
• Support sales growth through strategic promotional planning, sell-through performance, and margin targets.
• Partner with teams across wholesale, marketing, compliance, and retail to align efforts and meet company goals.
• Ensure purchasing activities follow all cannabis regulations and assist with tasks like discount setup, product data, and menus.
• Educate dispensary staff on new products and actively seek outreach opportunities to elevate product knowledge.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Analytical & data-driven with solid understanding of retail KPIs and data interpretation.
• You have strong problem-solving skills with business operations knowledge.
