Role Description The Physical Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, as well as educating patients on home programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications. The Physical Therapist collaborates closely with Chiropractic and Massage Therapy providers to coordinate holistic care plans and ensure continuity of treatment. Additional duties include documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in clinic quality initiatives and community outreach as needed.

Qualifications
- Active state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Hawaii; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in orthopedics, neuromuscular conditions, and functional movement restoration.
- Ability to design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
- Commitment to holistic, evidence-based, and non-pharmaceutical approaches to care, with openness to collaborating across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Solid documentation and time-management skills, including use of electronic health records and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Previous experience in outpatient, wellness, or integrative health settings is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply.
- CPR/BLS certification and ongoing commitment to professional development and continuing education.
