Role Description
This is a full-time and a part-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner, based in Charleston, WV or St Albans, WV. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services, manage acute and chronic conditions, and offer preventative health care. Key responsibilities include performing clinical assessments, formulating treatment plans, managing patient education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team. The role also requires maintaining comprehensive medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Nurse Practitioners and Nursing practices
- Experience and proficiency in Primary Care and Medicine
- Skills in managing Urgent Care scenarios effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide compassionate patient care
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a valid Nurse Practitioner license
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by an accredited credentialing body
- Experience in holistic or integrated care settings is a plus
