Role Description
This is a part- time or full-time hybrid role for a Family Nurse Practitioner, located in Charleston, WV. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services, conduct physical examinations, manage chronic conditions, offer counseling, and coordinate care for patients. Additional responsibilities include participating in weight loss management, providing sexual health services, administering hormone replacement therapy. The role requires a commitment to holistic care and patient wellness.
Qualifications
- Experience as Nurse Practitioners and in Nursing
- Skills in Primary Care and Medicine 3 years
- Knowledge and experience in Urgent Care practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
- Experience in holistic and comprehensive patient care is a plus
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
