Delivery Driver & Sales Support Specialist – Full Time

Holistic Wellness is a medical cannabis manufacturing facility based in Southern Maine, looking to expand our wholesale footprint. We produce and distribute cannabis products across the state, and we're growing our team to support that growth.

We are looking for a reliable, personable, and hands-on team player to join us as a Delivery Driver & Sales Support Specialist. This is a hybrid role built for someone who enjoys being on the road, representing our brands to wholesale partners, and helping out back at the facility when the delivery schedule allows. The ideal candidate is dependable behind the wheel, comfortable interacting with clients, and happy to jump into production work during down time.

Position Overview:

The Delivery Driver & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for safely and accurately delivering wholesale orders to our retail and distribution partners across Maine. The majority of deliveries fall within one hour of our Sanford location. This role requires reliable transportation, as the employee will be using their own vehicle for deliveries—we offer a competitive weekly gas stipend to offset costs. Between deliveries, this role supports the Sales Manager with account coordination and order management, and contributes to production, trimming, and packaging. Strong route planning, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. This role is a great fit for someone who likes variety in their day and thrives when no two days look exactly alike.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Safely operating your own vehicle to deliver wholesale orders on schedule
  • Loading, verifying, and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintaining delivery manifests and required documentation
  • Representing Holistic Wellness professionally at every partner account
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with order entry, follow-ups, and account coordination
  • Communicating partner feedback, product needs, and reorder opportunities to the sales team
  • Assisting with production, trimming, and packaging during down time
  • Keeping your vehicle clean, organized, and road-ready for deliveries
  • Working collaboratively with sales, production, packaging, and management teams
  • Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and sanitary at all times

On-the-job training will be provided; however, prior delivery, sales support, or cannabis production experience is valued.

This is an hourly position with opportunity for commission after 6–12 months based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Maine state resident, at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required)
  • Reliable personal vehicle for daily deliveries is a must (Required)

  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable driving throughout the day in varying conditions
  • Cannabis experience and a strong desire to continue learning
  • Applicants holding an active Registry Identification Card (RIC) will receive priority consideration during the selection process

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior delivery, route, or wholesale distribution experience
  • Professional, friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and route planning ability
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with orders and paperwork
  • Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to help across production, trimming, and packaging as needed
  • Basic math skills
