Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician (Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or LPCC) to join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate counseling services to clients. This is a contract position offering flexible scheduling and professional independence within a supportive practice setting.

Position Details:

• Flexible schedule — work as many hours per week as you choose (minimum 10 hours per week required).
• You set your own hours and manage your caseload.
• Compensation is percentage-based, determined by reimbursement from insurance companies or private-pay clients.
• Payment is issued once the company receives reimbursement for billed services (first check may take up to one month).
• You will have access to office space, billing services, and administrative support, allowing you to focus on clinical care while we handle operations — similar to running your own private practice within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related).
• Independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) preferred.
• LSWs or other provisionally licensed clinicians may apply; supervision toward independent licensure is available.
• Familiarity with EHR systems (TherapyNotes preferred) and telehealth platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide telehealth services and in-person sessions as needed.
