This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based in Green Bay, WI, with flexibility for some remote work. The counselor or social worker will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with other team members to deliver holistic care. They will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide individual or group therapy, and participate in case consultations with an emphasis on integrative wellness. Additionally, the role may include contributing to initiatives that enhance client care and team collaboration.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- Clinical skills in individual therapy, group therapy, and client assessment
- Ability to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed care approaches
- Experience with documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with holistic or alternative wellness practices is a plus
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
