Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong Retail domain expertise and extensive End-to-End Automation Testing experience. The ideal candidate will work across multiple enterprise product teams, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable automation solutions for complex retail systems.
Required Skills
- 5 years of Retail industry experience
- Strong hands-on experience in End-to-End Test Automation
- Expertise with:
- Robot Framework
- Selenium
- Mobile Testing Tools
- Digital AI
- Experience coordinating E2E testing activities for large enterprise projects
- Ability to work across multiple product teams in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of retail systems and workflows
- Experience identifying and solutioning automation opportunities
- Senior-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End testing activities across enterprise applications
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
- Collaborate with multiple product teams to ensure quality delivery
- Evaluate automation opportunities and implement best-fit solutions
- Execute automated and manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Ensure test coverage, defect tracking, and quality standards are met
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategy
