JOB TITLE: IT PRODUCT MANAGER
LOCATION: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (HYBRID)

Position Description:
- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process improvements.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate delivery activities across discovery, development, testing, releases, and production support.
- Partner with engineering, data, QA, operations, finance, merchandising, supply chain, and external vendors to drive solutions and resolve issues.
- Support testing, defect management, release readiness, production stabilization, and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, operational efficiency, and business processes.
- Assist with vendor management, system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing platform support.
- Maintain documentation, controls, audit support materials, and operational reporting.

Required Skills:
- 8 years in Experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, retail systems, or a closely related role.
- Experience with inventory, sales audit, invoice matching, accounts payable, receiving, merchandising, or retail financial processes.
- Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Ability to coordinate work across business and technology teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise retail or financial systems and integrations.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile or structured delivery environment.
- Experience with Oracle Retail, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, ELC/ALC, or related modules.
- Retail, CPG, or multi-banner experience.
BONUS
- Experience with DSD receiving, transfers, invoice matching, sales audit, inventory accounting, or retail integration processes.
- Experience coordinating with software vendors, system integrators, or application support partners.
- Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Excel, Power BI, Databricks, or similar product and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting application upgrades, platform stabilization, data-quality improvements, or business-process transformation.
