Job Title: Senior Infrastructure / IT Project Manager – PMO

Location: Springfield, MA (Onsite – In-Person Interview Required) - LOCAL ONLY

Duration: 12 Months

Visa: US Citizen / Green Card Only due to Legal/Government contract

Key Requirements

• :PMP Certification is required
• .8 years of IT Project Management experience
• .Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects (network, servers, data center, cloud, systems upgrades, etc.)
• .Strong PMO background with expertise in Waterfall project delivery
• .Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage cross-functional dependencies
• .Experience working with senior leadership and executive steering committees
• .Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills

Responsibilitie

• s:Lead and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completio
• n.Coordinate activities across infrastructure, business, and vendor team
• s.Drive project schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and deliverable
• s.Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reportin
• g.Ensure projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with business objective
• s.Partner with technical teams without requiring deep hands-on infrastructure expertis
• e.Maintain PMO standards, documentation, and governance throughout the project lifecycl
