Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support industrial projects at Tesla’s Palo Alto location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing construction projects in active facilities, with a strong ability to drive execution, manage schedules, and coordinate across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction project lifecycle in an industrial environment
- Oversee brownfield projects within existing operational facilities
- Lead demolition and tenant improvement (TI) initiatives
- Review, interpret, and actively manage project schedules
- Drive daily execution and ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong Construction Project Management experience (industrial projects preferred)
- Proven experience with brownfield environments
- Hands-on experience with demolition and tenant improvement (TI) projects
- Ability to read and manage construction schedules effectively
- Solid exposure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems (any discipline)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
