Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the Banking & Lending – Central Asset Account (CAA) Foundational Workstream.
The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in banking, money movement, and financial services, along with proven experience working on complex enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Act as a central point of coordination across multiple project teams and workstreams
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment
- Create templates, frameworks, and documentation standards to streamline requirement gathering
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Perform UAT support, including test case creation, execution, and validation
- Work with APIs and SQL for data validation and analysis
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Senior BA
- Strong experience in banking or financial services domain
- Hands-on experience with:
- Checking accounts / pass-through / custodial account structures
- Money movement (fund flows, transactions, posting, settlement)
- Proven experience writing clear and effective user stories
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with SQL (basic querying) and API testing/reading
- Experience supporting UAT testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
