Wellness Experience Specialist

As our Wellness Experience Specialist, you will be at the heart of that work. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will guide women through our signature lymphatic therapy and body sculpting treatments using state-of-the-art technology. No prior clinical experience is required — we provide full training. What we need is someone who genuinely cares about people and is ready to grow their income in a flexible, purposeful environment.

This is a paid-per-session contractor role. The more clients you see, the more you earn — with no ceiling on what is possible.

Responsibilities

• Operate our pressotherapy suit to deliver lymphatic drainage therapy sessions — the technology does the heavy lifting, you guide the client experience
• Perform body sculpting treatments using cavitation and vacuum technology following our streamlined, fully trained protocol
• Create engaging social media content during and after sessions, including before/after photos, behind-the-scenes clips, and session highlights
• Deliver an exceptional, warm client experience from check-in to checkout — making every woman feel cared for and confident
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and uphold Holistic Living’s standards of care and professionalism
• Communicate openly with the owner and team about scheduling, client feedback, and any operational needs

Experience & Qualifications

• No massage license or clinical certification required — full hands-on training is provided
• Warm, people-first personality with a genuine passion for women’s health and body confidence
• Comfortable capturing content for social media (short videos, before/after photos, captions)
• Reliable Saturday availability is required; additional weekday availability is a strong plus
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — you treat your schedule like your own business because, with this model, it is
• Previous experience in wellness, aesthetics, spa, or customer-facing service is a plus but not required
