We do this by offering a wide range of services that accommodate patients of all ages and all ailments. All of our plan of cares focus on patients needs and goals, we rely heavily on diagnostics to get to the root of the patients ailment.
At the end of the day we want our patients walking out with a better education of their health. If we can do that we are successful.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' health status, goals, and lifestyle factors affecting their health and well-being.
- Design personalized health plans that include goals for nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other wellness areas.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and motivation through regular follow-ups.
- Educate clients on health and wellness topics, including nutritional information, the importance of physical activity, and techniques for managing stress.
- Empower clients to take control of their health by developing their self-efficacy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, nutritionists, or other professionals as needed to ensure a holistic approach to the client's health.
- Keep up to date with the latest health and wellness research, trends, and best practices.
- A background in health science, nutrition, psychology, nursing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Certification from a recognized health coaching program, such as the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients.
- A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, recognizing the unique challenges and needs of each individual.
- Knowledge of behavior change theories and techniques to help clients make sustainable health adjustments.
- Empathetic Listener: Ability to listen actively and understand clients' challenges and aspirations.
- Motivational: Inspires clients to achieve their health goals and supports them through challenges.
- Resourceful: Provides evidence-based information and resources on health and wellness.
- Adaptable: Can adjust health plans and goals based on the client's progress and feedback.
