Role Description
This is a telehealth role for a Licensed Therapist or Resident who needs supervision in the state of VA. You are expected to provide individual therapeutic services to clients. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Licensed Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs.
Qualifications
- License in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, valid in the state of Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or Resident needing supervision.
- Skills in individual, group, and family therapy techniques.
- Strong proficiency in client assessment, treatment planning, and the use of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills to build meaningful client relationships.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments.
- Commitment to continued professional development and staying current on evidence-based practices.
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
