Holistic Harmony Inc is a private owned therapy practice located in Northern Delaware, currently seeking a contractual (potential to hire/permanently) Licensed Eligible Mental Health Professionals to join a dynamic clinical team geared towards supporting clients needs and building a strong foundation to recovery. Our team provides individual, group, and substance abuse counseling. We are seeking to expand our services to meet the increasing demand/need of professionals to provide mental health support services to the community (ei; military and/or veterans, couples, individuals and/or families of the individual(s) involved with DYFS or other legal system issues). We are currently favoring applicants who report having at least 5-10 hours during the day (anytime between 10- 5) or weekend as a part of there availability for a caseload.

Job Description:
- position is 15 clients (PT) to 20 client (FT) caseload hours weekly; semi- flexible.
- we are currently seeking someone who's availability does include a few early/mid day hours (between 10-4) as apart of your availability
- Assess, diagnose and treat adults and/or children ages 13
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy & education via telehealth and/or in person under the supervision of Clinician.
- Apply therapeutic principles while ensuring client safety at all times.
- Through client observation and client/family interview, obtain information on the patients needs, skills, interests and limitations for the development and implementation of treatment planning.
- Attend educational in-services as applicable to the betterment of performance.
- Stay up to date with Delaware/Maryland license regulations and mandates.
- Prioritize weekly self care.
- All other tasks assigned by Clinical Supervisor/Director
Requirements:
- Must be willing to routinely commute or relocate to DE office.
- In office with potential work from privileges.
License:
- LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LFT (strongly preferred)
- CADC/CAADC (a plus)
- If licensed one of the following is accepted, LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LMFT recognized by Delaware State Board of Examiners
Education/Experience:
- must posses a Masters or greater in Social Work, psychology or related social science field that is license eligible
- 1 years experience with providing one-on-one psychotherapy, counseling and/ or interventions to children 13 years old and/or adults ( required)
- Interns will be considered
- Bilingual a plus
