Holistic Dental Center is a high-end holistic and biocompatible dental practice specializing in cosmetic, implant, and full-mouth dentistry that truly changes patients’ lives.
We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator who loves connecting with patients, presenting treatment clearly, and helping people move forward with care that improves their health and confidence.
Compensation:
$25–$30 per hour
- Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Bonuses

What You'll Do
- Present comprehensive treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Educate patients on procedures, benefits, and holistic treatment options
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance, and payment options
- Coordinate treatment between doctors, assistants, and front desk
- Follow up with patients to answer questions and guide treatment acceptance
- Maintain accurate treatment plans and financial records
- Help manage scheduling and flow for larger treatment cases
What We’re Looking For
✔ Dental experience REQUIRED
✔ Previous Treatment Coordinator experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of cosmetic, implant, or restorative dentistry is a plus
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients through decisions
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
✔ Positive, solution-focused mindset
