Holistic Behavioral & TMS Therapy is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and independently licensed LCPC or LCSW to join our growing behavioral health team.
We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality psychotherapy while working within a collaborative psychiatric practice where therapy, medication management, TMS, and other behavioral health services can work together to support the whole patient.

What You'll Do
The Clinical Therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to patients presenting with a variety of behavioral and mental health concerns.
Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments; developing individualized treatment plans; providing individual psychotherapy; completing timely, accurate clinical documentation; monitoring treatment progress; coordinating care with psychiatric providers when clinically appropriate; maintaining professional and ethical standards; and participating in collaborative case discussions when needed.
Our therapists are encouraged to practice within their areas of expertise and use clinically appropriate therapeutic approaches based on the needs of each patient.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Active and unrestricted Illinois LCPC or LCSW license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Ability to practice independently in Illinois
- Strong psychotherapy and clinical assessment skills
- Professional, compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Highly Preferred:
- Previous outpatient or private-practice experience
- Experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, or other behavioral health conditions
- Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, or other evidence-based modalities
- Experience working collaboratively with psychiatric medication-management providers
- Interest in maintaining a consistent full-time caseload
Telehealth, on-site, and hybrid schedules may be available based on patient needs and clinician availability. On-site opportunities are available at Libertyville, Aurora or Chicago locations.
