Role Description
Nights 10 PM- 5 AM Female mobile IDDM client (monitoring/ Safety)
This is an on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, for a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN will provide direct patient care within clients' homes, focusing on their medical and personal care needs. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health conditions, assisting with daily living activities, coordinating care plans under supervision, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for each client. The role requires effective collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
