Position Overview:
Holistic Acupuncture Santa Cruz is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who specializes in fertility, cosmetic acupuncture, and pain management, and who is excited to be part of a community-oriented, integrative wellness space.
This is a part-time position with strong potential for growth, ideal for a practitioner who is both clinically skilled and motivated to help build programs and expand community presence.
Schedule:
- Part-time (flexible days; to be discussed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality acupuncture treatments with a focus on fertility, cosmetic acupuncture, and pain management
- Develop and help build a fertility-focused program within the clinic
- Support patient care with a holistic, compassionate approach aligned with the clinic’s values
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and culture
- Engage in community events and workshops to promote the practice
- Maintain an active and professional presence on social media (content creation, education, visibility)
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and outreach strategies
Qualifications:
- Active California Acupuncture License
- Experience or strong interest in fertility, cosmetic acupuncture, and pain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and aligned with a holistic health philosophy
- Interest in community building and patient education
- Comfortable being visible on social media and representing the brand
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
- Knowledge or training in Functional Nutrition
- Background in Chinese Herbal Medicine / Herbalism
- Training other modalities in the holistic medicine scene or bodywork
- Credentialed with CCAH
