Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales And Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing sales activities, and overseeing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, delivering top-tier customer service, collaborating with team members, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also involves assisting in training initiatives for team members to ensure a cohesive and motivated sales team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Experience in delivering Training to team members, fostering skill development, and contributing to team success.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not required.
