What You’ll Do:
- Activate & Close Exclusive Deals: Move high-volume accounts through the pipeline by selling and activating our exclusive, specialized vacation packages.
- Identify Upsell Opportunities: Maximize revenue per account by strategically upgrading existing guest packages.
- Curate the Client Journey: Guide guests through confirmations, reschedules, and travel fulfillment using our internal booking platforms.
- Execute High-Energy Outreach: Confidently manage high-volume inbound inquiries and drive strategic outbound sales campaigns.
- Master Premium Business Systems: Manage customer portfolios with high precision using specialized tools like SPI, Excel, Outlook, and 8x8.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Who You Are:
- Bilingual Communicator: Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (Required).
- Proven Closer: Background in inside sales, hospitality, travel, or high-volume customer success.
- Tech-Savvy Account Manager: Familiarity or hands-on experience with CRM systems (SPI, 8x8, or similar) and Microsoft Office. (We will Train you).
- Resilient & Goal-Driven: A natural problem-solver who overcomes objections with ease and stays motivated by targets.
- Detail-Oriented Organizer: Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously without losing accuracy.
