What You’ll Do:
- Engage and build relationships with customers through online inquiries and referrals
- Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and referral platforms
- Provide pricing quotes, inventory updates, and personalized recommendations to prospects
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-person visits
- Showcase and demonstrate inventory with enthusiasm and expertise
- Process credit applications and assist customers through the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and certifications
- Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads
- Contribute to the company’s success by maintaining exceptional Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and meeting dealership standards
