JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for
coordinating store set up of new accounts acquired by the Holiday
Wholesale Sales Team From Beginning To End. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate store set up of new accounts acquired by Holiday Wholesale
sales team from beginning to end. Travel to various accounts to set up
stores which may require overnight stays. Order any merchandising
materials needed for setting up of new accounts and invoice materials
prior to set up date. Write up a floor plan that gives the account
optimal sales performance. Set up new products delivered to the account,
add rail strips and item tags for each product, and move shelving if
required. Complete follow up calls and customize account retails. Attend
sales meetings and learning events as directed. Stock the work vehicle
with merchandising material and order more when stock is low. Look up
item numbers of missing shelf tags. This includes follow ups,
manufacturer requests, and tag requests made by Sales representatives
and individual accounts. Create full sets of Holiday Wholesale retail
item tags for store sets when needed and print tags out. Organize the
ordering and obtaining of requested racking submitted by Sales
representatives and accounts. Educate the retail customer, sign up and
enforce compliance for the WAM Manufacturer Program. Maintain
professionalism while interacting with customers and co-workers. Make
Substitute Sales calls and visits when needed. Work all Holiday
Wholesale Trade Shows at whatever capacity needed. Work outside trade
Shows Representing Holiday Wholesale As Directed. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND
ABILITIES REQUIRED: Ability to operate computer and scanning devices for
placing orders. Knowledge and ability to us Microsoft Office. Ability to
walk, stand, bend, lift, and sit. Ability to drive and navigate form one
account to another Ability to work independently. Self-Starter.
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Must have a good
driving record, free of accidents and speeding tickets, and no OWI
convictions. Some overnight stays may be required. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to operate computer and scanning
devices for placing orders, making tags, & customizing retails.
Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office. Detail oriented. Ability

One Account To Another. Previous Merchandising Experience Preferred But
not required. Ability to work independently. Self Starter. Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Must have a good driving
record, free of accidents and speeding tickets, and no OWI convictions
