Job Type:
Seasonal (Full-Time or Part-Time) — October through Mid-December, with opportunities for additional work after the holidays if desired.
Salary:
$200-250 per day $50 for those who drive each day $15 Lunch stipend
Reliability is huge for us because we run very tight schedules and typically long days. It's a lot of work but you can work as many days a week as you want. Some of our team members choose to work every day and make $20k during the holiday season.
Plus $500 Reliability Bonus at the end of the season for meeting attendance and performance expectations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Light Installer/ Driver to join our team for the holiday season. The ideal candidates will be comfortable driving a company truck with a 12ft trailer, working outdoors, and assisting with the safe installation and removal of holiday lighting — including work on roofs and at heights.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company truck and small trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Install and remove holiday lighting and décor on roofs, trees, and other structures.
- Use ladders and basic tools for safe and efficient installations.
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality results.
- Maintain equipment and keep work vehicles clean and organized.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a truck with a small trailer.
- Must not be afraid of heights and be comfortable working on roofs.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on ladders at various heights.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and strong work ethic.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with holiday lighting, landscaping, tree trimming, or roofing.
- Experience towing or backing up trailers.
