About the Role:
As one of our Installation Elves, you'll help transform properties into dazzling winter wonderlands. You'll be part of a fun, hardworking crew installing custom lighting displays, wreaths, garlands, and décor on roofs, trees, and landscapes. Every project is unique, and every client expects the best of the best — that's why we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Elves who take pride in their craft.
What You'll Do:
- Install premium LED holiday lights and décor on residential and commercial properties
- Safely climb ladders, roofs, and trees to hang lights with precision
- Handle extension cords, timers, and electrical connections professionally
- Ensure displays meet our luxury brand standards — clean, symmetrical, and stunning
- Assist with take-down and storage after the season
- Deliver cheerful, respectful service to our high-end clientele
- Keep the holiday spirit alive — every day on the job
What We're Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders confidently
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things right
- Team player with a good sense of humor and holiday spirit
- Prior experience with holiday lighting, roofing, landscaping, or construction is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
