This role is a key part of the leadership team, working closely with ownership and management to solve challenges, develop ideas, and improve operations throughout the centernot just within HR.The ideal candidate enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations, supporting leaders and team members, and helping shape both people and processes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Culture matters here, and this role helps protect and strengthen it.ResponsibilitiesServe as a member of the leadership team, collaborating with management to address challenges, improve operations, and develop ideas across the centerLead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and leadership positionsDesign and implement onboarding and training programs aligned with company valuesBuild and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culturePartner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and developmentAct as a problem-solver and resource for employee and leadership concernsEnsure compliance with federal and Louisiana employment lawsManage employee relations, performance coaching, and conflict resolutionDevelop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practicesSupport team-building initiatives and culture-focused eventsQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field35 years of HR experience with a strong focus on hiring, training, and culture-buildingExperience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or service-based environments preferredProven ability to collaborate with leadership and contribute to operational decisionsStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsSolid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesComfortable being hands-on, visible, and involved throughout the centerIf youre passionate about developing people, strengthening culture, and making a real impact in a high-energy environment, wed love to hear from you.
