Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing details while adhering to hotel policies
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data integrity
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of guest relations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services and hotel operations
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, night audit procedures, and front desk software platforms
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience working in hospitality or guest relations roles is preferred
- Must have Hotel experience.
