Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
- Check-in and check-out of guests to the hotel system.
- Communicating with housekeeping staff and maintenance staff of room status
- Learning and using multiple PMS systems from HotelKey to CLC portal.
