**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front of house. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
**Responsibilities:** - Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders - Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times - Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service - Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries - Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Monitor inventory levels for front of house supplies and place orders as needed
