Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle reservations and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain organized front desk operations, including managing guest records and processing payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
