Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the upkeep and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our operations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and high-voltage equipment.
• Manage facilities maintenance teams, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to maintenance repair procedures and safety regulations.
• Oversee the implementation of maintenance management programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and asset history.
• Conduct engineering troubleshooting for complex mechanical or electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations through regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new installations involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety procedures for audit purposes.

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience managing facilities maintenance teams within industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with schematics interpretation, engineering troubleshooting tools (ohmmeters, voltmeters), and managing facilities using CMMS software.
• Familiarity with managing large-scale projects involving electrical systems repair or HVAC upgrades.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination across departments.
