Job Description
Responsible for preparing and cooking food items while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with brand and Sai Hospitality standards in a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.

Essential Job Functions:
Kitchen Operations
- To understand all standards of food preparation and presentation.
- To consistently prepare food that meets brand and Sai Hospitality standards. · Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications. · Ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
- Monitoring food quality and freshness.
- Assisting with inventory control and stocking of kitchen supplies.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Ensuring timely preparation of food to meet service demands.
Physical Activity:
The physical activity normally entails the following attributes.
Position is expected to:
- Stand more than 2/3 of the time
- Sit less than 1/3 of the time
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Push / pull up to 25 pounds
