Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Drive shuttle van to the airport for guests arriving and departing.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and personalized attention.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and communicate clearly with guests, team members, and vendors at all times.
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly preferred; hotel experience is a strong plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest registration software.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services protocols, and hotel management practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in fast-paced environments.
