Hotel Room Attendant

Your work directly impacts each guest’s stay — helping them feel relaxed, welcomed, and at home.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, refresh, and prepare guest rooms to IHG brand standards
• Make beds, vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize bathrooms, and polish surfaces
• Replenish room amenities, linens, and supplies promptly
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests
• Report maintenance or safety issues immediately to management
• Assist with laundry: washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, stocked, and organized manner
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred — but we will train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, positive, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as part of the hotel schedule
