What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Kitchen Cook position at Holiday Inn & Suites Barboursville, WV?
This is an evening shift position, 4pm-11pm. You are responsible for preparing high quality food orders in a safe, sanitary, timely fashion and for assisting with other kitchen functions as needed. Serves all guests & fellow associates in prompt courteous & professional manner. Maintains clean, sanitary kitchen and support areas, which meet all health standards and established hotel policies regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Prepares all food items in accordance with recipes, portion controls and plate layouts.
The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team, would have transportation, and be drug free.
Full-time & Part-time shifts available, all positions require working weekends and holidays.
