Bartender / Server
Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a great guest experience while preparing and serving a variety of drinks. You’ll be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and company guidelines
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu and drink recommendations
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately
- Restock bar inventory and supplies throughout shifts as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience as a Bartender or Server in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and different types of beverages
- Familiarity with food handling and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
