The Holiday Inn Staunton Conference Center is searching for people who are friendly, relaxed, and always looking for ways to provide reliable service and comfort, delivered in a fresh yet familiar way!
We are looking for a guest service minded, highly organized leader to manage the Food & Beverage Department, including our 85 seat restaurant/lounge and banquet facilities for up to 250 people.
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the successful operation and administration of all food and beverage related areas in the hotel to include: the restaurant, bar, room service, kitchen, and banquets.
- Ensures that all operations are carried out professionally, to hotel and brand standards.
- Achieves desired outcomes by planning, implementing and controlling effective departmental strategies that drive results and through the creation, development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered food and beverage staff.
- Effectively leads, trains, coaches, motivates, engages, and provides feedback to the restaurant staff, supervisors, and managers on a daily basis.
- Serves as the food and beverage liaison to all other hotel departments.
Requires 4 yrs of F&B Leadership experience.
