Hours: 11pm - 7am (Friday / Saturday)
Duties
- Conduct nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing financial reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of hotel records
- Greet guests arriving during the night shift with friendly, professional customer service, addressing their needs promptly and courteously
- Manage front desk operations such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive guest relations
- Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to maintain safety standards throughout the hotel premises
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest profiles, processing payments, and maintaining accurate logs of nightly activities
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained during your shift
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly valued
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems; familiarity with resort environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally at all times
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel experience preferred; a background in guest services or front desk operations is ideal
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently and adapt to varying operational needs
