Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure professional communication at all times
- Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting
- Support guest services by providing personalized recommendations and assistance throughout their stay
Skills
- Strong background in hospitaliy customer service, hotel, or front desk operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Experience with night audit procedures and resort operations is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and tact
