Role Description
This is a part time onsite role for a Bartender located in Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs, NY. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing bar inventory, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations. Day-to-day tasks include taking drink orders, mixing and serving beverages, engaging with patrons, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the bar.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage service and Bartending
- Proficiency in Cash Handling
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Knowledge of beverage ingredients and pairings is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Capability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- rate of pay is $10.50 tips
- Serv safe certification required
