**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all assigned areas are clean and maintained to the highest standards.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
- Ensure regular upkeep of all housekeeping equipment and report any maintenance issues timely.
- Organize and store cleaning chemicals and supplies in an orderly manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Respond to guest queries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly approach.
- Physical endurance to cover a large space.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
