What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Representative Part Time position at Holiday Inn Research Park?
- We are looking for PART TIME and WEEKEND availability. Must be able to work 7AM-3PM & 3pm- 11pm
- Maintains a through knowledge of all Front Desk computer systems and other related equipment.
- Maintains a through knowledge of emergency, safety and security procedure.
- Assists guest upon arrival to the hotel in a friendly and efficient manner. Handles registration procedures quickly and accurately.
- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude throughout the shift to provide a professional guest experience.
- Handles guest departure procedures swiftly and accurately while always inquiring in a friendly manner as to the quality of their stay.
- Processes all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation request in a timely manner.
- Operates the telephone lines in handling incoming calls, outgoing calls, wake-up calls, messages, etc.
- Handle departmental accounting of monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit/ payments.
- Verifies supply levels and informs supervisor of supplies needed for the smooth operation of the department.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
