Breakfast Server

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
- Set up and close the Food & Beverage department according to brand SOP standards.
- Prepare, store, and serve food and beverages in compliance with SOP guidelines and local health regulations.
- Follow all HACCP food safety procedures and company safety standards.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store food and beverage deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage, prep, service, and dining areas.
- Support à la carte, room service, and catering functions, including setup and breakdown.
- Monitor portion control and minimize waste to support cost and quality standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, overages, and shortages to management.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and department marketing initiatives.
- Follow master cleaning schedules and preparation checklists.
- Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development.
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency and safety procedures.
- Support departmental and hotel-wide operational goals.
- Maintain professional, positive relationships with guests and team members.
- Represent the brand and property with professionalism at all times.
- Assist hotel operations as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
