Maintenance Technician (Must be able to Drive Shuttle)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills to effectively address maintenance needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Fabricate parts and components as needed to support maintenance activities.
• Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
• Maintain electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Weld metal components when required for repairs or fabrication projects.
• Utilize logic controllers for monitoring and controlling equipment functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly.
• Document maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise maintenance personnel.
• Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with welding processes and fabrication skills.
