Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards.
- Must be a morning person. Shifts begin at 5am Monday through Friday and 6am on Weekends.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all food items are stocked and presented attractively.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen and dining areas before, during, and after service.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Operate the cash register for any breakfast-related transactions.
- Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
Skills
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
