Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Perform regular inspections of public areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests efficiently.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, and follow company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
