Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage reservations efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as HotelKey, PEP, or similar hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, offering prompt and accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and issue resolution to ensure their stay exceeds expectations.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support seamless operations.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards while resolving guest issues or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
- Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as HotelKey, PEP or property management systems (PMS).
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.
